Conferences & Courses

Dr. Young has presented research at national conferences, including the Society of Biological Psychiatry and American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has also taught courses and workshops to health professionals and trainees, such as psychiatric, medical and nursing, on delivering evidence-based psychiatric care, assessing mental distress, and using lifestyle interventions in mental health care.
